Does anyone know where I can find resources on social work with the LGBTQ population?
There is “Affirmative Practice: Understanding and Working with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Persons.” from the NASW Press. You should be able to order it from the NASW website.

I’m not sure where you live, but I suggest looking up your local GLBT community center and seeing if they offer any training programs for professionals.
